Indicative, from dispatch. Remote regions, islands and non-mainland destinations take longer. Tracking is issued on collection.

Freight cost: the honest version

Freight is quoted per shipment, against your postcode and quantity. It is deliberately not built into the per-kg price, because doing so would overcharge buyers near Warsaw to subsidise buyers in Lisbon.

What that means in practice, and it is worth internalising before you place a small order:

  • One bag to Portugal: the freight can approach the value of the goods. The material is still available to you - but do the arithmetic before you assume it is economic.
  • One bag to Germany: freight is a manageable proportion. This is the normal small-order case.
  • A pallet to anywhere in the EU: freight per kg becomes small. This is where the model works properly.
  • Consolidation beats everything. If you buy WPC 80 alongside casein, SMP, maltodextrin or creatine, put them on one pallet. The freight saving generally exceeds any quantity discount you were chasing.
The peripheral-market rule. If you are in Iberia, Greece, the Nordics or Ireland and you consume WPC 80 regularly, order quarterly at pallet scale rather than monthly at bag scale - provided shelf life allows. The freight difference is usually larger than any goods discount on the table. If you are in Germany, Czechia or Benelux, order to your turnover and stop optimising.

Get a delivered price, not just a per-kg price

Send the quantity and the postcode. You get goods plus freight, itemised, so you can see both. If the freight makes the order uneconomic, we will tell you and suggest a better order size.

Documentation

With every shipment, as standard

  • Commercial invoice, with HS code (typically 0404 10 82)
  • Batch Certificate of Analysis
  • CMR waybill
  • Allergen declaration
  • Product specification sheet

On request

  • Certificate of origin
  • EUR.1 movement certificate (non-EU, where a preferential agreement applies)
  • Halal certificate - lot-dependent, ask before ordering
  • Non-GMO declaration
  • Health certificate for third-country export
  • Custom analysis reports - heavy metals, pesticides, allergen ELISA, amino acid profile

Digital PDF is standard; paper originals on request. Note that anything lot-specific - halal in particular - needs to be raised at enquiry stage rather than after dispatch, because it constrains which lot you can be sent.

Receiving the shipment

  1. Have handling ready. DAP means you unload. A pallet truck at minimum; a forklift for multi-pallet loads.
  2. Inspect before signing. Torn bags, damp marks, damaged stretch wrap, pallet damage. Note anything on the CMR before the driver leaves. After they leave, you have far less recourse.
  3. Record the lot number. It is your traceability link back to the CoA. Two minutes now saves an argument later.
  4. Check the best-before date. Confirm it matches what you expected for the lot.
  5. Match to the CoA. The lot on the bag must match the lot on the certificate.
  6. Store correctly, immediately. Off the floor, away from external walls, below 20°C, under 65% RH, away from anything aromatic. A pallet left on a loading dock overnight in a Baltic winter or a Spanish summer is a real quality risk.

Delivery - FAQ

From dispatch: Poland 1-2 business days; Germany, Austria, Czechia, Slovakia and Benelux 2-3; Baltics 2-4; France and Italy 3-4; Nordics, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and the Balkans 3-5; Spain, Portugal, Greece, Finland and Ireland 4-6. Dispatch is typically 1-2 business days after cleared payment for in-stock items.

No. Prices are net, ex VAT, ex freight. Freight is quoted per shipment against your postcode and quantity so you can see both numbers separately.

DAP (Delivered At Place) as standard for EU deliveries - we arrange transport to your address, you handle unloading. DDP is available for selected EU markets on request. EXW and FCA are available if you arrange your own freight.

For EU B2B buyers with a valid VAT number, reverse charge applies: we invoice without VAT and you self-account. The number is validated against VIES. Without a valid number, applicable VAT is charged.

Yes, with export documentation and customs clearance. The UK is outside the EU, so import duty and VAT are the buyer's responsibility unless DDP is agreed. Delivery time is quoted rather than listed, since customs handling varies.

Business address delivery is standard and strongly preferred - a pallet of 15 kg bags is not a doorstep parcel. Home delivery and delivery appointments can be arranged on request, but you need somewhere to put it and something to move it with.

Note the damage on the CMR before the driver leaves and photograph it. Then contact us with the lot and order number. Damage recorded at delivery is straightforward to resolve; damage reported afterwards is much harder for everyone.

Yes. EXW or FCA collection from the warehouse can be arranged - state it in the enquiry so the quote is structured correctly from the start.
